Struggling to manage your anger in daily life or at work? Our 6-week online anger management course provides practical tools and proven strategies to help you take control of your emotions. Through engaging live sessions with registered counsellors, you’ll learn to identify triggers, regulate your responses, and improve your relationships.
Course Details:
- Dates: Thursdays, 2 PM – 4 PM PST, starting March 27, 2025.
- Duration: 2 hours per week for 6 weeks (12 hours total).
- Price: $599 CAD (including taxes).
