If you have never booked with us before or if this is your first time coming to therapy, you probably wonder: where do I begin? And you are not the only one. Many of our clients are first-time therapy clients. Usually, they start by contacting us by phone, email, or through our website for a free 20-minute consult.
During the free consult, you meet your potential counsellor, ask them questions, and decide whether they are the right match for you. You can either chose a counsellor you like through our website. Or you can phone (604.358.7580) our Managing Director, Rebecca Helps, who can recommend a counsellor to you.
At the end of the consult, if it feels right, you can book an appointment. And if you are still not sure—you can ask to chat with someone else on the team. There is no obligation for you to book before you are ready.
