  1. Sign Up: Start by signing up for our Accountability Program through our website.
  2. Set Your Goals: Define your goals. These can range from improving health and fitness to managing ADHD symptoms, to whatever you can think of.
  3. Daily Texts: Receive daily motivational texts, reminders, and tips tailored to your specific goals.
  4. Ongoing Support: Benefit from continuous encouragement and accountability to keep you on track.

Types of Goals Our Program Can Help With

Our Accountability Programs via Text are versatile and can support a wide range of goals:

  1. Health: Whether you aim to lose weight, improve fitness, or adopt healthier eating habits, our daily texts will provide you with the motivation and guidance needed to achieve your health goals.
  2. Relationships: Improve communication skills, build healthier relationships, and understand attachment styles with daily tips and support.
  3. ADHD Management: Develop executive function skills, manage symptoms, and establish routines with the help of tailored advice and reminders.
  4. Anger Management: Learn coping strategies, track anger levels, and practice emotional regulation through consistent check-ins and tips.
  5. Other: We try to make it easy for people by offering categories to help them define their goals. These categories are ideas, you can set whatever type of goal you wish.

At Helps Counselling, we offer flexible pricing options to ensure that our services are accessible to everyone. Our standard rates for the Accountability & Support Programs are as follows:

Standard Rates:

  • Text-Only Support: $60 per week ($240 for 4 weeks, billed 4 weeks at a time, no automatic renewal)
  • Text Support with One Counseling Session per Week: $85 per week ($340 for 4 weeks, billed 4 weeks at a time, no automatic renewal))
  • Additional Counseling Sessions: $125 per session (as needed)

Sliding Scale Eligibility:

We understand that financial circumstances can vary, and we are committed to making our services available to those who need them. For students, seniors, and individuals facing financial hardship, we offer a sliding scale to provide reduced rates based on your specific situation. Our sliding scale rates are as follows:

  • Text-Only Support: Starting at $40 per week ($160 for 4 weeks, billed 4 weeks at a time, no automatic renewal)
  • Text Support with One Counseling Session per Week: Starting at $65 per week ($260 for 4 weeks, , billed 4 weeks at a time, no automatic renewal)
  • Additional Counseling Sessions: $105 per session (as needed)
