At Helps Counselling, we offer flexible pricing options to ensure that our services are accessible to everyone. Our standard rates for the Accountability & Support Programs are as follows:
Standard Rates:
- Text-Only Support: $60 per week ($240 for 4 weeks, billed 4 weeks at a time, no automatic renewal)
- Text Support with One Counseling Session per Week: $85 per week ($340 for 4 weeks, billed 4 weeks at a time, no automatic renewal))
- Additional Counseling Sessions: $125 per session (as needed)
Sliding Scale Eligibility:
We understand that financial circumstances can vary, and we are committed to making our services available to those who need them. For students, seniors, and individuals facing financial hardship, we offer a sliding scale to provide reduced rates based on your specific situation. Our sliding scale rates are as follows:
- Text-Only Support: Starting at $40 per week ($160 for 4 weeks, billed 4 weeks at a time, no automatic renewal)
- Text Support with One Counseling Session per Week: Starting at $65 per week ($260 for 4 weeks, , billed 4 weeks at a time, no automatic renewal)
- Additional Counseling Sessions: $105 per session (as needed)
