Inner Nurturer

The Inner Nurturer represents the part of you that offers kindness, compassion, and unconditional support. This is a resource that can be cultivated within yourself, even if external nurturing has been scarce or inconsistent. It serves as a powerful ally in fostering self-compassion and emotional resilience.

Activating Your Inner Nurturer

  1. Reflect on Nurturing Qualities: Think about what makes you feel cared for and supported. These could be actions, words, or feelings that resonate with you.
  2. Visualize Your Inner Nurturer: Imagine this part of you as a figure or a sensation. It might appear as a warm light, a comforting presence, or even your own voice speaking kindly to you.
