  1. Imagine Your Ideal Community: Close your eyes and picture a group of supportive, kind, and understanding individuals. Visualize them surrounding you with care and encouragement.
  2. Feel the Connection: Focus on the warmth and strength you feel from their presence. Imagine their words of support or actions that demonstrate care.
  3. Anchor the Feeling: Use slow bilateral tapping to deepen the sense of connection and support from your community.

Tip: Repeat this exercise when you feel alone or need a reminder of the connections you have or can build.

When to Lean on Community

Community is especially important during times of stress, transition, or uncertainty. Lean on your community when you:
