I will journey alongside you in your self-discovery, transformation, and healing. I can provide a deep understanding due to having gone through my own healing journey from experiences such as trauma, depression, and anxiety. This gives me the ability to provide a deep level of empathy. My passion is to help others through dark and difficult times with deep compassion. It is your journey and being there walking alongside you is a great honour to me.   I know reaching out for support can be an intimidating process. I create a safe space for my clients to share their most deep inner thoughts, emotions and experiences. It will only take at most a few sessions to feel connected and safe in a supportive environment where you can feel comfortable exploring your feelings, experiences and pain with deep compassion and understanding.
