When my boyfriend died by suicide, in 2015, I was knocked off of my life path and found myself floundering and searching for meaning in the world. Nothing made sense any more. I felt that I needed to advocate for mental health and suicide awareness and that’s what I’ve built upon and what I have found meaning in - discovering a whole new way to view myself and live my life. Becoming a counsellor was a holistic and organic process for me that felt right and made me whole again. I offer a space to explore all of your challenges, struggles and pain while you have my utmost attention in a gentle environment in which to tell your story.
