In working with my clients, I’ve learned that the way out is often not out—but in. Our bodies hold deep, innate intelligence of who we are, what we’ve been through, our potentials, and the inner resources we require to make a change. I create a safe place to explore blocks to your inner wisdom and desires. We dive deep with a bit of humour along the way to keep things light.
I am trained in many body-based modalities, which include somatic therapy, body-centred therapy, and movement. I also apply my knowledge of family systems and constellation work to inspire my clients to look further than their individual struggles. To see the patterns and struggles that may have been passed on to them from their families.
