Back in the fall, I started to learn more about ADHD and its treatments. One of the important things I discovered was the benefit of developing the cerebellum, which can help to improve focus. The cerebellum is developed through balance exercises. So, I've been doing balance exercises for the last few months, and I've noticed an improvement in my focus.

Although I've never been diagnosed with ADHD, and if I were to get diagnosed, I believe I'd have a very mild case, I have noticed an improvement in my ability to work and focus and get things done, both for my business and in my own projects at home. So, I'm always looking for more opportunities to improve my balance, hoping for even more gains.
